A mother is not born as soon as her baby emits the first cry.

A mother's birth does not happen at a particular moment, at a specific point in time, but emerges gradually from all the work a mother does during the months before and after the actual baby boy/girl's arrival.

 

The purpose of these classes is infact to activate women's endogenous resources and support them in this difficult journey of acknowledging their body and needs. We want to provide the necessary instruments that will help the mother make a right and well-informed decision about her pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. We want also to involve dads-to-be in the pregnancy, make them welcome their baby girl or boy, and guide them towards a more responsible fatherhood.

 

The Association “Differenza Maternità” is a volunteering association that works for a free, deliberate and informed maternity.

We preach the acknowledgment of the social value of maternity and the respect for differences.

 

 

 

 

To participate is necessary to schedule an appointment and hold a membership card.
